Interfaith Human Services seeks a community-minded individual with a passion to serve others to fill a caseworker position. This full-time position will work to coordinate and stabilize our client’s basic needs and finances.

Candidates for this position should possess:

—The ability to work with complex family situations

—Familiarity with mental, psychological, and emotional health diagnoses

—Proficiency in managing household finances

—Excellent listening and communications skills

—Excellent organization skills with attention to detail, tracking progress,
and keeping records

Requirements include:

—A bachelor’s degree in sociology, human services, or applicable field

—Ability to be bonded for financial liability

—A valid PA driver’s license with current registration and insurance

—Ability to travel (using a personal vehicle) to client homes within the county
